Employing more than 200 specialists, Kendall Kingscott runs from Bristol, Exeter, Cardiff, St Austell, Ringwood, and Teddington. Serving customers in the NHS, large stores like Harrods and Aldi, and some of the most complicated projects in the region, the company has been crucial in delivering.

Kendall Kingscott will keep its name, brand, and leadership under the conditions of the purchase; all staff members will be RSK. This method represents RSK's philosophy of maintaining the character and culture of the businesses it buys and using their knowledge to improve its service offers.

Managing Director of Kendall Kingscott Andrew Bailey said on the purchase, "This exciting move creates huge prospects for our people and organization while maintaining true to who we are. It implies that although our 60-year legacy is safeguarded, we have a platform that will help us to realize our audacious goals faster than we could have ever dreamed.

Emphasizing the strategic fit of the purchase, RSK Group CEO Alan Ryder said, "The addition of Kendall Kingscott represents a significant milestone in executing on our plan. Strong presence in the healthcare and higher education sectors by Kendall Kingscott makes it more appealing and will result in several income synergies throughout the company."

Advisory support from Bishop Fleming, a South West and West Midlands accounting firm, which gave Kendall Kingscott corporate finance counsel, helped to ease the purchase. Supported by Joe Coghlan and Lindy Adams, the team was under direction from corporate finance partner Martyn Fraser. At Roxborough Milkins LLP, Charles van der Lande and Tom Storey handled legal assistance to the stockholders.

This acquisition is another phase of RSK's continuous expansion plan, which has seen the business acquire many assets to increase its geographic reach and service offers. The shift into construction consulting with Kendall Kingscott fits RSK's larger goal of providing end-to-end solutions across many industries, especially in sectors like healthcare and education where Kendall Kingscott has a solid history.
